I started in recruitment in the media and creative industries nearly three decades ago, and in 2018 I set up Talent Storm on my own. It's built on one simple idea: recruitment works best when it's honest, human and built on long-term relationships - not quick wins.
Working with me, you can expect honesty and transparency, a strong understanding of your business, and the right candidates who genuinely complement your team. With a network dating back to 2001, there aren't many people in our sectors we're not already in touch with.
Along the way, I trained as a coach with The Coaching Academy - partly because I love the work, and partly because I understand first-hand what it feels like to be at a crossroads. I've navigated redundancy myself, and completely reinvented my own career - at 40, and then again at 47. I absolutely love what I do, and that combination of real recruitment expertise and lived experience shapes everything Talent Storm offers.
