This leading fintech business is at an exciting growth stage and is looking to expand the talent function to support it’s growth.  Working in a nurturing team, you will work to attract and retain the best talent in the market.  You will have the opportunity to work with hiring managers across a number of areas of the business including technical and commercial positions.

The role in a nutshell

  • Hiring both technical and commercial talent across the business
  • Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Assisting the hiring managers with writing accurate job descriptions that align with the values of the team
  • Managing the hiring process and a pipeline of candidates
  • Screening and interviewing candidates
  • Providing feedback and managing the overall candidate experience
  • Working with existing processes that promote Diversity and Inclusion and support continuous improvements

 

What skills and experience would make you perfect for this role

  • At least 2 years in-house or agency talent experience ideally with tech experience
  • Enthusiastic, organised and proactive
  • Able to use your initiative
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage own time effectively and able to prioritise workload
  • Be comfortable business partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Experience using LinkedIn recruiter and ATS systems
