This award-winning forward thinking and people first global communications agency are looking to expand their Talent Acquisition team.  As this is a new role for the team, you’ll be able to make your mark and stand out. There is a lot of potential for this position to progress and to partner with senior stakeholders and taking a more active role in implementing attraction strategies and leading on exciting projects.

Salary – £55-65k


The Role in a Nutshell

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end to end recruitment for Intern – Management level positions
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition Lead to identify top talent & build pipeline for current and future hires
  • Sourcing or targeting candidates, via digital and social media platforms.
  • Interviewing prospective candidates, arranging client interviews and updating the database.
  • Posting open positions on the careers site, LinkedIn and other platforms, making sure they are consistent and well written
  • You will have a solid resource /recruitment background inhouse or agency
  • Scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, interviewers, recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a stellar candidate experience regardless of the outcome
  • Updating & Maintaining the ATS
  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment team to include drafting offer letters & contracts

  • Be creative in problem-solving, resourcefulness, ability to be detail-oriented, strong organisational & project management skills
  • Have a wealth of recruitment experience gained within the creative industry – either in-house or agency
  • Digitally savvy with experience using LinkedIn and social media to recruit and attract top talent
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel & Power Point
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to use your own initiative who thrives when under pressure and the ability to adapt in a changing environment
