This super creative, fun, friendly, professional independent design agency are looking for Talent Acquisition Manager to join the growing HR team on a 3 month FTC!  Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Director, you will support on hiring the best talent to join the fast growing London office.

Salary – £30-45k depending on experience

The role in a nutshell

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment of all level roles
  • Build and implement recruitment systems and processes designed to attract and engage the best calibre of candidates
  • Train and advise hiring managers on successful hiring practises
  • Writing job descriptions
  • Keeping the HR database up to date
  • Providing feedback to candidates
  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Director on future plans for recruitment
  • Interviewing all level candidates

What skills and experience would make you perfect for this role

  • Previous Talent Management experience ideally gained within agency
  • Being a self starter and having a can do attitude is absolutely essential
