Location – Central London – 5 days in the office

This super creative and award winning production studio based in Central London are looking for Receptionist/PA to join the Operations team!  You will provide company-wide support within a creative and dynamic environment.  They are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, the ability to juggle several priorities at any time who has a real can do attitude and the passion to learn and develop their skills.

This role would suit an enthusiastic, proactive candidate with multi-tasking skills. Managing front of house duties, office facilities and general PA work for 3 x Directors.

The Receptionist PA will assist with the day-to-day smooth running of the office, managing upkeep of facilities and stock, liaising with suppliers to ensure services are delivered on time and to standard, engaging with multiple office databases to ensure they are up to date and accurate and being the first point of contact for general IT enquiries, communicating with the remote IT support team to ensure that solutions are delivered

The role in a nutshell

  • Diary management for Managing Director/ Director of Production/ Head of Constructed Factual.
  • Meeting room booking and management (3 meeting rooms).
  • First point of contact for general IT requests issues and liaising with remote IT support.
  • Front of House/ greeting guests/ post and courier management/ Phones/ buzzer.
  • Keeping office stocked and tidy.
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
  • Finance and credit card Reconciliation.
  • Assisting with overseeing Covid procedures.
  • Float management.
  • Assisting with talent database management/ IT inventories.
  • Assisting with company event planning.
  • Opening and closing of office.
  • Reporting to Office Manager/ EA.

What skills and experience would make you perfect for this role

  • Some prior experience of diary management
  • Punctual; excellent time management is essential to this role
  • Well presented with a professional attitude – friendly and polite with excellent communication skills
