An organisation that prides themselves of innovative thinking and creativity are actively seeking an Office Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of the office on a daily basis. Working closely with the Office Manager, you will help bring fun to the agency as well as ensuring everyone has what they need and guests receive a 5 star service.  Someone who prides themselves on organisation and happy to work within a busy fast paced growing environment

The role in a nutshell

  • Answering the busy switchboard
  • Signing guests in and ensuring they are looked after
  • Managing taxis/couriers
  • Booking meeting rooms and catering for client meetings
  • Deal with the Reception inbox and actioning any requests
  • Work with the rest of the team to oversee social events
  • Maintain stock levels of office supplies
  • Keep events calendar up to date
  • Work closely with the Office Manager to maintain all office equipment
  • Reporting any building issues
  • Providing an excellent, five star service to all guests and internal staff
  • Building long lasting relationships
  • Designated fire and health and safety marshall

  • Strong organisation skills
  • Current office coordinator/reception experience
  • Able to communicate with people at all levels
  • A creative thinker, a good listener and problem solver
  • Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
