This DEI partnership agency is a network of experts and people with lived experience to speak on behalf of the various intersections of humanity in order to work towards fair, diverse and equitable work environments for all!  They create a bespoke plan for their clients to engage, inspire, support and celebrate diverse groups of people within the workplace.  This is a pivotal role to provide hands on support to senior management as well as the team to ensure their lives run as smoothly as possible!

The role in a nutshell

  • Manage the diaries and schedules of senior management
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Prepare meeting agendas, perform research, and take minutes
  • Liaise with clients and business associates
  • Organise media appearances and events for senior management
  • Consistently review internal systems and processes with a view of continuous improvement
  • Maintain electronic filing systems for senior management, ensuring processes and software are up to date and in working order
  • Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments, including HR, Operations, Marketing and Delivery
  • Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management
  • Book travel, including flights, transportation, and accommodation for the team
