The role in a nutshell

• Manage the diaries and schedules of senior management
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Prepare meeting agendas, perform research, and take minutes
• Liaise with clients and business associates
• Organise media appearances and events for senior management
• Consistently review internal systems and processes with a view of continuous improvement
• Maintain electronic filing systems for senior management, ensuring processes and software are up to date and in working order
• Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required
• Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments, including HR, Operations, Marketing and Delivery
• Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management
• Book travel, including flights, transportation, and accommodation for the team
