Who is hiring?

An award winning PR agency are looking for an Office Manager to manage the new office space!  The role will also support three members of the leadership team with PA duties.

The role in a nutshell

  • Organise and coordinate diary and international travel arrangements
  • Minute taking for team meetings
  • Weekly input, review and submission of timesheets and company expenses
  • Manage the purchase of office supplies
  • Manage inventory of office snacks and refreshments
  • Responsible for inventory and allocation of office IT equipment
  • Lead coordination between building facilities, vendors, repair contractors, etc
  • Lead coordination with IT, building positive relationships and facilitating relationship with IT for both UK & European offices when required.
  • Research, recommend, and assist with the organisation of company events, including agency wide get togethers
  • Manage the branding of the new office space

  • High level organisation and time management skills with the ability to be proactive, effectively prioritise tasks and efficiently respond to urgent requests
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
