This super creative, fun, friendly, professional independent design agency are looking for an HR coordinator to join the growing HR team!  Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will be the backbone of the team, coordinating all the HR processes and acting as first point of contact for the London office of 150 people

Salary – £28-30k

The role in a nutshell

  • Understands and represents the role of HR in the broader business context
  • Compile and utilise HR data and metrics effectively to help aide and support the Team
  • Deliver on-boarding processes for all new employees, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality
  • Deliver HR induction for all new employees
  • Ensure probation and appraisal milestones are planned and met on time
  • Administration of payroll, ensuring accuracy and completion to deadline
  • Day-to-day management of HR system data (holiday and staff absence)
  • Maintain up-to-date organisation charts
  • Timely and accurate production of all employee lifecycle administration including contracts
  • Administration of all visa applications with employees and external partners
  • Keeps policy documents up to date and available
  • Keep up to date records of job descriptions across the business
  • Provide ad-hoc resourcing support to the Talent Acquisition Director when needed
