Who’s hiring?

This super creative, ever-evolving multi-arts company are opening up a new division of the business – a co-working space that will incorporate production studios, two floors of shared office space and much more!  They are looking for a General Manager/Facilities Manager to join them as their first recruit to oversee the overall management of the space and will play several roles pre and post-opening.  This is such an exciting opportunity!

Salary – £35-50k

The role in a nutshell

  • Oversee the construction, design, compliance, furnishings etc to ensure the building is ready for opening next year
  • Work closely with IT to build systems
  • Engage new suppliers
  • Negotiate new contracts
  • Work closely with the leadership team of the parent company to develop a business plan and be responsible for implementation
  • Oversee all maintenance contracts
  • Organise in-house events for tenants – hosting community events
  • Initiative support and collaboration with the local community
  • Manage tenancy agreements
  • As the business grows, hiring a new team
  • And much more!
