Who is hiring?
A prestigious communications consultancy are looking for an Events Executive to help develop and deliver their events programme

This position would be well-suited to a candidate early in their career, and ideally with experience in a B2B marketing role, who is keen to work in a fast-paced, buzzy organisation and would like to help shape and develop the events they deliver.

The role in a nutshell
● Supporting the Events Manager to deliver programme of events
● Leading on the design and delivery of internal events, including working with stakeholders in HR and the wider business
● Proposing creative and impactful ways of designing and executing events, in line with their brand
● Supporting with all aspects of event delivery, including scouting locations and building strong vendor relationships
● Undertaking administrative duties, including managing guest lists in a CRM system, managing invoicing and purchase orders
● Collating and analysing feedback after events
● Working with the wider marketing team to ensure events plans are aligned with the marketing plan
● Positioning yourself as an events expert and building relationships with the broader business
● Collaborating with wider operational team to ensure aligned delivery of internal events
● Ability to flex/ cover across other marketing and events roles
● All other duties reasonably expected
● Minute taking for team meetings
● Weekly input, review and submission of timesheets and company expenses
● Manage the purchase of office supplies
● Manage inventory of office snacks and refreshments
● Responsible for inventory and allocation of office IT equipment
● Lead coordination between building facilities, vendors, repair contractors, etc
● Lead coordination with IT, building positive relationships and facilitating relationship with IT for both UK & European offices when required.
● Research, recommend, and assist with the organisation of company events, including agency wide get togethers
● Manage the branding of the new office space
