Who is hiring?

Super excited to be working with this well known sports organisation within the world of rugby!  They are looking for an EA to support the CEO who has great plans for the business.  He needs an exceptionally organised individual to support him and make his life run as smoothly as possible.

The role in a nutshell

  • Provide EA support to CEO and occasional support to Chair and wider Senior Team
    • Diary management
    • Co-ordinate and schedule quarterly Council meetings and general communications with the Executive Board/Council
    • Prepare documents/reports
    • Co-ordinate weekly Leadership team meetings & monthly All Staff Meetings
    • Business travel arrangements and itineraries
    • Expenses
  • Co-ordinate interpreters for meetings across the company, ensuring they are appropriately set-up on zoom, as well as being the point of call for all translations of documents
  • Attend meetings to take confidential minutes in quarterly Council meeting as well as regular committee meetings
  • Office Manager duties
    • IT contact/coordinator for all employees in Ireland and UK – liaising daily with IT outsources on various matters
    • Internal system administration
  • All general administration duties within the company
  • Events/Hospitality organisation of quarterly Council dinner
  • Invoice management for all translations/interpreting services and Office Management costings

What skills and experience would make you perfect for this role? 

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working as a PA/EA at executive/senior management level
  • Independent with integrity and an ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • High levels of professionalism
  • Experience in providing remote support to senior management
  • Highly self-motivated / self-organised
  • A natural collaborator
  • Always prepared to get stuck in no task is too small
  • Experience of line management
  • A passion for rugby / sport
  • Ability to work autonomously using initiative to creatively solve problems and prioritise
  • Self-confident, diplomatic with mature social skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise, strong organisational skills
  • Ambitious and driven
  • Good sense of humour
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flawless communication and presentation skills written and verbal
  • A bonus if the speak French or Italian (not essential)
